BismarckPride.com has more local apartment listings than any other website, and listing your apartment community here is completely FREE, as long as it follows the proper guidelines as described below. All listings on Bismarck Pride are permanent listings. Regular updates are not currently provided, however occasional minor updates are permitted by request.
To add your community to Bismarck Pride, simply send an email to randy394@msn.com with the following information:

Apartment/Community Name

Apartment/Community Address

Name of Management Company (if applicable)

Contact Phone Number and/or email (leasing office, landlord, etc.)

Brief description for apartment main page

Listing of features (dishwasher, laundry facilities, garage, utilities, etc.)

Pictures (at least one is required)
-
Floorplan examples (not required)
All communities listed must fall under the following guidelines.

At least one picture must be displayed

Features must reflect those available in most apartment units, be accurate, and not misleading

Multiple listings are not allowed for the same apartment community, even if multiple buildings exist
Already have a community listed? BismarckPride.com has done extensive research to add as many communities possible, with as accurate information as possible at the time gathered. If you already have a community appearing on Bismarck Pride, you can easily edit the content in the same matter as submitting new content.
Bismarck Pride verifies and approves all communities prior to accepting them and has the right to refuse and/or remove listings for any justifiable reason.
