Long-time local public figure, and current City Commissioner, Connie Connie Sprynczynatyk, announced today that she is not seeking re-election when her term expires this June. Sprynczynatyk has been a City Commissioner since 1990, and prior to that had served on the Bismarck Park Board beginning in 1978.
