Bismarck Pride is excited to announce its newest endeavor. Beginning this month, Bismarck Pride will publish a monthly newsletter that will feature a wide variety of content, including recent articles from BismarckPride.com and other news.
The BismarckPride.com Newsletter will typically be published at the end of each month, and usually consist of 2-3 pages. Upon publishing, a link to download the newsletter, in PDF format, will be posted both on BismarckPride.com and its Facebook page.
Some of the content you can expect to find in each newsletter includes:
- Featured articles, past and present, from Bismarck Pride’s blog
- Recent news regarding the Bismarck-Mandan area
- Upcoming community events
- At least one article from the Bismarck Dictionary section will be featured in each newsletter
- Site news and updates, along with other featured content
- Fast Facts and other tidbits, similar to those featured on Bismarck Pride’s Facebook Page
As of right now, there is no plan to setup a mailing list for the newsletter; however, if there is a demand for it, such a feature may be rolled out in the future. Another option is subscribing to Bismarck Pride’s RSS Feeds to learn when the newsletter is published each month.
This is just one of several planned improvements taking place at Bismarck Pride, so stay tuned for more great enhancements as they’re unveiled.

As Irene Hoffman said in her note, I can’t download the March 2010 newsletter either.
I am uncertain why it would not open. I’ve tried it on a couple different computers and it worked for me. Sometimes PDFs do act up though when opening in a web browser.
You can trying doing a right mouse click and selecting “Save Target As” to save it to your computer and read it that way.
